We offer comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages, and provide a full evaluation of all aspects of your eye. Not only do we evaluate your vision and determine whether you need glasses, we also perform an external and internal medical evaluation of your eye.

Contact Lenses

We’re experienced in fitting all types and brands of contact lenses, including disposables, extended wear, RGP, torics, multifocal lenses, and other specialty lenses. With proper fit and care, contact lenses can be a safe and exciting alternative to eyeglasses.

Dr. Tipton is a 2013 graduate of Auburn University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with honors in May of 2018. While at UAB she completed an externship at the VA in Birmingham and was involved in conducting a pilot research study in the Vision Science department. She was also the recipient of the American Optometric Foundation Vision Care Award for Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care.

At 11 years-old her passion for optometry was sparked when her optometrist let her look through the microscope. Dr. Tipton now enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
